2 cups of self-raising flour
1 cup of caster sugar
450g of crushed pineapple
Combine cake ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture into a cake tin and bake at 183 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes
Allow to completely cool be fore putting on icing of your choice.
